Jared answered my call at 3am, showed up the following morning for clean-up, and couldn't have been any more professional. I was an emotional wreck during the whole process but he was very clear about what they would be doing and even handled the claim for us. Can't recommend them enough.

There are no words to describe the situation I found myself in yesterday, but since this important I will try. My mother and father live in a Senior Community Center. My mother has Parkinson's and can't get around without the help of my father. I received a call from the Center to let me know that my father had fallen at 1:00 am, coming from the bathroom, and had just been found at 10:00 am. EMS had been called. My dad refused to go to the hospital, and since he wasn't seriously injured they put him back to bed. And oh yeah, their Covid-19 tests had come back and he and my mom were both positive. My siblings and I were unable to get to my parents to help. There was ick on the floor from my father throwing up, and voiding while his time down. The bed was nasty from him being put back to bed as/is. The next nine hours were spent trying to find someone to come help make my parents' apartment hygienic again. There were several good companies who were willing to come disinfect the apartment - after my parents tested negative. But I didn't need the apartment disinfected, I needed the mess cleaned up. We finally found Bio One. Jared was professional, asking questions and giving suggestions and willing to come out that night. But my parents were exhausted from their ordeal, and illness, so we decided to have him come out this morning. Jared was actually early, which was good for my parents. He went over and beyond what we needed, and I am sooooo grateful that my parents are in a clean place again. I will recommend to any and everyone who has a unique need for cleaning, and disposing, that most (if any) companies will touch.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What is Hoarding?
Hoarding is a behavioral pattern characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of a home and cause significant distress or impairment.

Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, economic burdens, and adverse effects on personal relationships. When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space so as to limit basic daily activities like moving through the home, eating, and sleeping. It can also put people at risk due to increased risks of injury, fire, and disease.
